Crown Regency Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Davao. As a key leader within our organization, you will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives, managing a high-performing sales team, and elevating our brand presence in the local and regional markets.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our world-class facilities and our target clientele, ranging from corporate accounts to leisure travel segments. You will utilize your strategic mindset to identify new growth opportunities, monitor market trends, and ensure that our hotel not only meets but exceeds its annual sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue and occupancy rates.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure individual and collective KPIs are consistently met.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, travel agencies, and corporate clients.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of local competitors.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations departments to streamline service delivery and promotional campaigns.
- Represent the hotel at industry trade shows, networking events, and client presentations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hotel or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and coaching a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
