SMX Convention Center, the Philippines' premier venue for international events and exhibitions, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Pasay City, Metro Manila. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the revenue growth of our world-class facilities by securing bookings for corporate events, trade shows, and large-scale exhibitions.

In this highly visible role, you will leverage your extensive sales experience to identify new business opportunities, cultivate lasting relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate lucrative contracts. While experience in the hospitality and events industry is highly preferred, we also welcome candidates with a strong background in automotive, insurance, or healthcare sales who possess the drive, business acumen, and adaptability to excel in the venue management sector.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed venue booking targets and overall revenue goals.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new clients across various industries, focusing on corporate events, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Conduct engaging site inspections and presentations to showcase the SMX Convention Center facilities to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to ensure mutual benefit and maximize profitability.
  • Maintain and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients, event organizers, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the operations and marketing teams to ensure flawless event execution and high client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to proactively identify new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Background in hospitality sales is highly preferred; experience in automotive, insurance, or healthcare sales will also be considered.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) practices and sales performance metrics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a highly client-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Pasay City and represent the company at industry networking events as needed.
