- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Lead and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale account management.
- Analyze sales metrics and performance data to optimize strategies and identify growth areas.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regular reports for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a sales management or high-performing sales representative role.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A resilient mindset with the ability to handle objections and thrive under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
