Join Funtomato Consultancy as a Sales Manager and take the lead in strategic demand planning and Supply Chain Operations (S&OP). We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to oversee the end-to-end demand forecasting and supply planning processes for our key retail and wholesale customers. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between sales execution and operational strategy, ensuring that inventory levels perfectly align with market demand to maximize revenue and minimize stockouts.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end demand forecasting and supply planning process for retail and wholesale accounts.
- Develop and implement robust Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) strategies to align sales targets with supply capabilities.
- Analyze market trends, customer demand patterns, and historical data to generate accurate sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and optimal inventory management.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, fill rate, and inventory turnover rates.
- Mentor and lead a team of sales and planning professionals to foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, demand planning, or S&OP within the retail or wholesale industry.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end supply chain processes and managing large-scale retail accounts.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and demand planning software.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
