Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the automotive sales team to maximize performance and productivity
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor sales team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement improvement plans
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for growth
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create cohesive sales and marketing campaigns
- Stay updated on automotive industry knowledge, products, and services to effectively guide the team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in sales forecasting and market analysis
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales management tools
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships in the automotive sector
- Knowledge of Singapore's automotive market and industry regulations is highly desirable
