Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to maximize individual and team performance.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing department to align promotional activities with sales goals.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management within the Malaysian market.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage for client visits.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
