Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for the hospitality and lifestyle industry? Mrs Sippy Bali, one of Bali's most iconic beach clubs and entertainment destinations, is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to join our team in Badung.

As our Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our revenue growth. You will be responsible for building strategic relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, event planners, and local partners to maximize bookings and event revenue. We are looking for an energetic leader who understands the unique Bali tourism market and thrives in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue across club bookings, VIP tables, and large-scale events.
  • Actively prospect and manage relationships with local and international travel agencies, DMC partners, and corporate event organizers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust pricing strategies and promotional offers effectively.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent high-quality service and target attainment.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to execute successful brand activations and promotions.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and generate detailed reports for senior management.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Mrs Sippy's unique value proposition and translate this into compelling sales pitches.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role, specifically within the hospitality, hotel, or beach club industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Bali hospitality market and established local professional networks.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets in a high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High level of professional presentation and the ability to represent the brand with enthusiasm.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, in line with industry demands.
