Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in offshore engineering
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team through performance coaching and development
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for leadership review
- Optimize sales processes and implement best practices across the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of sales experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven track record achieving/exceeding sales targets in technical/engineering sectors
- Strong leadership skills with experience building and developing sales teams
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin is advantageous
