Are you a results-driven sales leader looking to make a significant impact in the heart of Borneo? FUGO Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to oversee the commercial operations in Kalimantan Tengah. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to ensure seamless departmental operations and drive substantial business growth. You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, building key relationships with corporate clients and travel partners, and maximizing revenue opportunities across our premium resort properties.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of the commercial department in strict alignment with the Director of Sales & Marketing’s strategic vision.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Identify and cultivate high-value relationships with corporate clients, tour operators, government agencies, and MICE organizers in Central Kalimantan.
  • Manage, mentor, and lead the sales team to ensure high performance, professional development, and consistent output.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators to propose innovative sales initiatives and stay ahead of the curve.
  • Prepare and present accurate, timely sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management for review.
  • Represent the FUGO brand at industry events, trade shows, and local networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales management, preferably within the hotel or resort industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to motivate, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Deep knowledge of the local tourism landscape and market dynamics in Kalimantan Tengah.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
