Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective market research and networking.
- Manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and sales collateral.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management or a senior sales role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales plans.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights.
