Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives through performance coaching and skill development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders across diverse industries

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in managerial/leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
