- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in power/energy sector
- Manage and expand portfolio of key accounts through relationship-building and value proposition delivery
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to exceed performance metrics
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with product development teams to align sales strategies with market needs
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance dashboards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years in sales management with 3+ years in power/energy sector
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets (KPI-driven)
- Strong leadership experience with team development and coaching
- Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Industry certifications in energy sales or project management preferred
