  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales methodologies and positioning
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align sales strategies with solution development

  • Mentor junior sales staff and conduct regular performance reviews

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of B2B sales experience in telecommunications or data centre infrastructure
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in enterprise technology markets
  • Strong network of contacts within Malaysian telecom providers and enterprise IT departments
  • Expertise in solution selling for cloud, networking, and data centre technologies
  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, or Cisco networking advantageous
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency valued
