We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for steering the sales strategy, managing a high-performing team, and expanding our market presence in the power generation industry. You will be the face of our brand, engaging with clients to understand their needs and delivering top-tier solutions that power the nation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the power generation sector.
- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends to forecast sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide tailored solutions to client needs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to ensure team excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management within the industrial or power equipment sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
