AC Hub Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to spearhead our business development initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team focused on air conditioning sales, installation, and comprehensive servicing solutions. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can effectively bridge the gap between technical operations and commercial growth.
Your primary focus will be on identifying market opportunities, nurturing key client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of top-tier customer service. You will oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure seamless project execution. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the business development team to achieve aggressive sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for air conditioning products and services.
- Oversee technical operations related to sales, including installation, maintenance, and servicing.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Coordinate with technical staff to ensure quality service delivery and project completion.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management within the air conditioning or HVAC industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Technical understanding of air conditioning systems and installation processes is highly preferred.
- Valid Singapore driver’s license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
