- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer retention and loyalty.
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand Hammer Engineering's footprint.
- Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and technical support, to deliver value to clients.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline analysis to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales metrics.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
