Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver high-quality performance and customer service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering long-term relationships with key accounts and distributors.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics and product positioning.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure optimal product availability and campaign execution.
- Resolve high-level client concerns and negotiate complex contract terms to ensure mutual profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Proven track record in the FMCG or beverage industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and sales metrics.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
- Proficiency in English, Malay, and local dialects to effectively engage with a diverse client base.
- Ability to travel within the region as required to oversee operations and meet with key stakeholders.
