Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in Jakarta region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales collateral
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing sales teams
- Strong knowledge of Jakarta market and local business practices
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
