Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years in sales management with 2+ years in Kalimantan region
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing revenue
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams
- Expertise in B2B sales cycles and complex negotiations
