Thermovar Pipes Sales And Services is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team in Quezon City. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion, responsible for overseeing the sales lifecycle of our premium piping products and technical services.
As our Sales Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to specific geographic territories and product lines. You will lead client negotiations, build long-lasting relationships with contractors and industry partners, and ensure that our sales targets are consistently exceeded. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and expand market share in assigned territories.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value industrial contracts.
- Oversee product line performance and provide regular analytical reports on market trends and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and project managers.
- Lead and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a culture of high performance and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and superior service standards for clients.
- Represent Thermovar Pipes at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to boost brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, ideally within the piping, construction, or industrial supplies sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and managing large-scale territorial operations.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent command of English and Filipino, with superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for data tracking and reporting.
- Willingness to travel as required to manage provincial accounts and client sites.
