Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance and professional development
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches
- Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for senior leadership
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives
- Implement CRM systems and sales methodologies to optimize operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive sales experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in technology sector
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities with demonstrable coaching success
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Deep understanding of Indonesian market dynamics and B2B sales processes
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
