In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our sales department, ensuring that we meet and exceed our key performance indicators (KPIs). You will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, coaching team members, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to ensure optimal productivity.
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify areas for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and retention.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and Transcom's products/services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management within the BPO or call center industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
