Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed individual and collective KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable sales strategies.
