Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to maximize performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives
- Monitor sales metrics and implement corrective actions when needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 2+ years in management role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
