- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Manager (automotive industry preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Maximum 45 years of age
- Valid driver's license
