Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement multi-segment sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and mentor the sales team to drive performance and business growth
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base in Kabupaten Bandung region
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales approaches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams for integrated campaigns
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics in West Java
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work in fast-paced retail/entertainment environment
