Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Design and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives and market trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors in the manufacturing sector
- Analyze sales data, market research, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless customer fulfillment

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets with team leadership
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and market analysis
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
