Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive sales experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
