Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in food distribution or related industry
- Proven track record as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food distribution channels and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Experience in team leadership and staff development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
