Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets in the assigned region.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, conducting regular performance reviews and providing necessary training to enhance their skills.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, pharmacists, hospital administrators, and other key healthcare professionals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and supply chain departments to ensure product availability and align promotional activities with business goals.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure compliance with all local regulatory requirements and company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Malaysian pharmaceutical market landscape and healthcare regulations.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
