- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize market share for commercial vehicles.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients and existing partners in the logistics industry.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to forecast demand and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to sales representatives.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role (minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle or automotive sales industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving team performance.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyze market dynamics and develop effective go-to-market strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
