Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base in Surabaya and surrounding regions.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing continuous coaching and performance feedback to foster individual and team growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, actively engaging in market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for senior management, offering insights and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product development teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and market alignment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a Sales Manager or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of the Surabaya market and local business landscape is highly advantageous.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal.
