- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to target Australian, Domestic, and Asian markets effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, partnerships, and direct outreach.
- Manage key client relationships, ensuring high retention rates and satisfaction across international borders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and profitable business outcomes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, specifically within the Hospitality and Tourism industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing sales channels in Australian, Domestic, and Asian markets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and develop a diverse sales team.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and contract management.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to meet clients and attend trade shows.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
