- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to design targeted promotional campaigns
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare performance reports for senior management
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and post-sale engagement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with 1+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in hospitality sector
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of Cavite's tourism market and customer segments
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
