Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and drive team performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales processes and improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to align promotional activities with sales goals.
- Manage the sales budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the furniture or retail sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse sales team.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
