- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive SANY equipment growth in the Malaysian market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry partners
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed quarterly/annual targets
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Organize and participate in sales events, trade shows, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 2+ years in managerial/supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in machinery or heavy equipment industry
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience
- Deep understanding of Malaysian construction equipment market and industry regulations
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
