Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team members through performance coaching
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key accounts
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new revenue opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for leadership review
- Collaborate with marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns
- Implement CRM systems to optimize sales processes and client management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in hospitality/tourism
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
