Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for construction, glazing, automatic door, and façade products
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in architecture, construction, and development sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through market research
- Prepare customized proposals and technical presentations for complex building solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide product specifications and installation guidance
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve quarterly targets
- Lead cross-functional projects involving product launches and market expansion initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction materials sales or B2B technical sales
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in building products or façade systems
- Strong understanding of construction industry processes, specifications, and procurement cycles
- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to manage complex commercial agreements
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite
- Relevant certifications in construction materials or façade technology preferred
- Valid Singapore driving license for client site visits
