In this position, you will oversee the end-to-end sales process, from identifying new market opportunities to closing high-value deals. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive targets and KPIs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to optimize sales tactics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role within the e-commerce or mobile commerce industry.
  • Strong track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies that drive growth.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal).
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
