- Develop and execute national sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive targets and KPIs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to optimize sales tactics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales leadership role within the e-commerce or mobile commerce industry.
- Strong track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies that drive growth.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
