- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve aggressive revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B business opportunities within global trading markets.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Lead contract negotiations and facilitate the end-to-end sales lifecycle for complex international transactions.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and untapped growth niches.
- Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery for our partners.
- Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the trading or export-import sector.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a global mindset.
