Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager to lead our corporate sales initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management and relationship building with corporate partners. You will plan, implement, and monitor sales call plans, ensuring consistent follow-up and meticulous call notes to track progress. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct a minimum of 20 sales calls per week, documenting all interactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in managing corporate accounts and negotiating contracts.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Mandarin or Malay is a plus.
