Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the automotive sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for electric vehicle (EV) products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years in automotive sales with 2+ years in management
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of electric vehicle technology and market trends
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
