Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets in the automotive and machinery sector
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Indonesian market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the automotive or machinery industry
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Indonesian automotive and machinery market
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
