Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Personal Bankers to achieve and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive bancassurance product penetration within the Ipoh region.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members to enhance their selling techniques.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities for the bancassurance portfolio.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and branch management to ensure seamless sales integration and customer satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end sales pipelines, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to regulatory compliance standards.
- Organize and facilitate product training sessions to ensure the team remains updated on insurance products and financial regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the banking or insurance industry (Bancassurance).
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating sales teams.
- Deep understanding of insurance products, financial planning, and investment instruments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English and Malay.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and derive strategic insights.
- Possess relevant insurance certifications (e.g., PCE, CEILLI) as required by industry regulations.
