Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and coach PB Banca teams to achieve quarterly/annual sales targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for bancassurance products in Southern region
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide actionable coaching
- Build and maintain relationships with bank branches and insurance partners
- Identify market opportunities and expand bancassurance portfolio
- Ensure compliance with FMA regulations and bank policies
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years sales experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven track record in bancassurance or financial services
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and insurance products
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
