Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including residential and commercial clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiations.
  • Conduct professional presentations and site assessments for prospective green energy solutions.
  • Monitor market trends in Bandung and Bali to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Provide detailed sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the energy, construction, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced market.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to travel between Bandung and Bali as required by business operations.
