We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented leader to manage our onsite operations at Sugartowne Homes, Filinvest 2 Batasan Hills. In this role, you will lead a high-performing sales team, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences to potential homebuyers. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans tailored to the local market.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up of leads using CRM systems.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with marketing and administrative departments to ensure cohesive operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or property development.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Metro Manila.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
