- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth in the BPO Fintech sector
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve performance targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders in the fintech industry
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with product development teams to understand and promote fintech solutions
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in BPO or fintech
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams
- Deep understanding of fintech solutions and BPO industry dynamics
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
