TNO Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our B2B signage and architectural facade division. We are looking for a strategic leader who can identify new business opportunities and nurture long-term partnerships with architects, developers, and contractors across Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing key accounts and executing high-impact sales strategies. You will work closely with our technical and design teams to ensure that our clients receive innovative solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and aesthetics. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the signage and facade sector.
- Manage and retain key accounts by conducting regular business reviews and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiating and closing complex commercial contracts.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, design, and production teams to ensure project specifications align with client requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand awareness.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales tactics and maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the construction, architecture, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of building signage systems, architectural facades, and integrated construction solutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and site visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
