We are now looking for a driven Sales Manager to spearhead our operations in Bukit Mertajam.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share in the Penang region.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales KPIs and revenue goals.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region.
